Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program - 13 New NOC Codes
January 16, 2020 – The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Employer Job Offer category has three streams: Foreign Worker, International Student and In-Demand Skills. As the province is currently facing a labour shortage in the manufacturing sector, it will be adding 13 new occupations to the Employer Job Offer category.
To be eligible for these new National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes, the candidates job offer must be outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Also, these NOC codes will be added to the In-Demand Stream that currently has 10 NOC codes.
On a regular basis OINP has draws and sends out Notification of Interest (NOIs) to candidates who are in the Express Entry system.

To qualify under Ontario’s Express Entry streams candidates must receive a notification of interest from Ontario and have an up-to-date profile with the most current work experience, language tests and education in the federal government’s Express Entry system.
