SINP has extended Temporary Measure for International Students
The Temporary Measures for this subcategory have been extended and will now expire on December 31, 2021. These measures have been enacted by the SINP to support international students residing in Saskatchewan impacted by the outbreak of COVID-19. Students living in Saskatchewan on September 1, 2020, who have graduated from a post-secondary designated learning institution in Saskatchewan may be eligible to apply through this Temporary Measure.
• The SINP is accepting 1,000 applications under the temporary measure. As of October 25, 2021, the SINP is accepting another 415 applications through this temporary measure. The remaining number of applications to be accepted will be updated every Monday.
• As of September 22, job offers from an approved Saskatchewan employer in any NOC C occupation will be accepted under this Temporary Measure, in addition to NOC 0, A, and B.
