Beginning September 2023 Quebec will to close a pathway to immigration available to international students who attend unsubsidized private colleges. These new rules were announced today (Tuesday) by the provincial government and the Federal government.
Students who complete a study program in a public or subsidized private college will be able to get a work permit.
