Currently Ontario has a first come first served registration system for its economic class categories. It will now move to an Expression of Interest (EOI) system that gives candidates points on human capital and labour market factors.
The Expression of Interest system will apply to the following OINP streams:
Employer Job Offer Category streams (Foreign Worker, International Student and In-Demand Skills)
Masters Graduate stream
Ph.D. Graduate stream
By registering candidates express an interest to apply to OINP. It does not represent an application to OINP, or an application for PR. Candidates who have been invited to apply by OINP can submit their application under the EOI category.
