On January 9, 2020, Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) issued Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to 242 candidates to apply for permanent residency in the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream. This stream is for French-Speaking Skilled Workers stream with the required work experience, education and language proficiency in French and English.
This is the first invitation in 2020 and candidates were selected from the Express Entry System. The score of the candidates varied from 433 to 472.
The other two stream in OINP that are linked with the Express Entry System are the Human Capital Priorities Stream which is for skilled workers with the required work experience, education and language proficiency in French or English. And, the Skilled Trades Stream which is for workers with work experience in Ontario in an eligible trade occupation.
To qualify under Ontario’s Express Entry streams candidates must receive a notification of interest from Ontario and have an up-to-date profile with the most current work experience, language tests and education in the federal government’s Express Entry system.
