OINP - Employer Job Offer Streams - Update of Nomination Conditions
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program updated the standard conditions and/or restrictions of approval for applicants for certificates of nomination and employment positions under the Employer Job Offer streams.
Nominees and employers must comply with all conditions. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the approval.
One of the condition is that you continue to be employed in the approved employment position during the nomination period (i.e. until you receive permanent residence). This means that your terms of employment must remain consistent throughout the nomination period, including your:
*employer
*position title and duties
*wage
*hours of work
*work location.
