03.10.2019 - The following communities are now participating in the BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration (EI) Regional Pilot:

• Akisqnuk First Nation
• Canal Flats, Invermere
• Radium Hot Springs
• Shuswap Indian Band
• Parksville
• Peachland
• Regional District of East Kootenay (Area F, Area G)

The two-year pilot is intended to attract entrepreneurs to create businesses in smaller communities that have populations of 75,000 or below.
The pilot is aimed at entrepreneurs who desire to start a new business. The candidates are required to invest $100,000, have a net worth of $300,000 and create one job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
