The NB Skilled Worker stream of the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP), enables international graduates who have PGWP whose occupation falls under NOC skill-level D are not eligible to apply.
Due to Covid-19 a temporary measure is accepting applications under the NB Skilled Worker stream from international graduates working in New Brunswick in a NOC D position and who meet the following criteria :
• meet eligibility criteria of the NB Skilled Worker stream;
• graduate of a New Brunswick designated post-secondary institution; and
• have PGWP that was issued upon graduation from that New Brunswick institution
This measure is temporary, and applications meeting these criteria must be submitted on or before April 30,
