Foreign nationals who are in Canada and who have letter of introduction for their study or work permit can now request finalization of their application through a webform within Canada.
Foreign nationals who received a letter of introduction under International Experience Canada (IEC) are also eligible to have their relevant permit(s) issued from within Canada.
This process will be effective until March 31, 2021.
