IRCC announced this is a one-time temporary pathway to permanent residence:
• Will grant PR status to certain temporary residents in Canada who meet the conditions of the public policies, which includes temporary foreign workers in essential occupations and international graduates.
• The program will be open from May 6, 2021 to November 5, 2021 or until cap is full.
• There is no intake limit for French speaking and bilingual candidates.
