Immigration consultant regulator granted trademark injunction over new college name
The Federal Court has granted Canada’s national regulator of immigration consultants an interlocutory injunction preventing its former rivals using its proposed new name.
The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council is in the final stages of its transition to the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants as part of a new legislative regime.
