British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program issues Invitations to Apply
BC PNP issued 546 ITAs on September 3rd to skilled workers and international graduates; and 57 ITAs on September 10th in the Tech Pilot draw. The minimum score ranged from 90 to 100 points.
The breakdown of the minimum score is follows:
September 3rd:
EEBC - Skilled Worker, minimum score - 96
EEBC - International Graduate, minimum score - 100
SI - Skilled Worker, minimum score - 93
SI - International Graduate, minimum score - 98
SI - Entry Level & Semi-Skilled, minimum score - 77
On September 10, the minimum score for all the four categories:
1) EBC - International Graduate, 2) EEBC - Skilled worker, 3) SI - Skilled worker and 4) SI - International graduate was 90.
The number of nominations depended on various program and economic factors, including B.C.’s annual allocation, the B.C. Labour Market Outlook: 2018 Edition, historic BC PNP nomination trends and existing application inventory levels. For 2019, the allocation is 6,500.
The number and frequency of invitations to apply is based on annual nomination allocations from the Canadian federal government (IRCC), and the provinces ability to process applications in a timely way.
